Refund Policy – Fast Car
1. Return Policy
Before returning an item, please contact us at Fast Car.
You are entitled to return products within 10 days from the delivery date. The product must be in new condition – unused, undamaged, and unopened – for a refund to be approved.
When returning an item, please include:

Contact information (name, address, phone number, email)

A brief description of the issue
Once you have contacted us, we will provide a shipping label. Fast Car will arrange and book the return shipping from the customer to us.
This means you do not need to book or pay for the shipping in advance.
We will inform you of the shipping cost before the return is sent so you can approve it.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost, which will either be deducted from the refund or invoiced separately.
We recommend that you keep the receipt from the parcel drop-off and the return ID to facilitate any tracking.
Refunds will be issued once the return is approved.
1.1 Custom Orders & Non-Stocked Items
Products that are not in stock and ordered from external suppliers cannot be returned.
1.2 Shipping Information
Returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
We will provide instructions on where the item should be shipped once the return request has been approved.

1.3 Warranty
Warranty period: 12 months or 10,000 km (whichever comes first) from the delivery date.
To claim the warranty, the defect must be reported to Fast Car within 10 days of discovery.
The report must include complete documentation to support the case.
The warranty is only valid if the spare part has been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
In warranty cases, the manufacturer will request:

A completed Claims Form
2. Refund Policy
You are entitled to a refund within 10 days of purchase. The product must not have been used and must be returned in its original condition and packaging. If more than 10 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
This does not apply to custom orders or electronic parts.
2.1 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return:

You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days
2.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, etc.

Products that are damaged or missing parts (when not due to our error)

Returns received after 30 days
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not yet been received:

Check your bank account

Contact your card issuer or bank (some delays may occur)

2.4 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
2.5 Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us via email at info@fast-car.se and send the item to the address below:

2.6 Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the product.
If the product was not marked as a gift or delivered to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
