5. DELIVERY POLICY
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within Sweden. For international deliveries, please contact us before placing your order.
5.2 Delivery Time
We process and ship your order as soon as possible.

In-stock items: Delivered within 1–3 business days.

Custom/backordered items: Delivery time 5–30 business days depending on the supplier.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you via email or phone.
5.3 Shipping Cost
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery method.
Free shipping may be offered on certain products – this will be stated on the product page.
Shipping promotions apply only within the specified period and area.
5.4 Delivery Methods
We use carriers such as PostNord, DHL, and Schenker.
Delivery is made to:

Business addresses

Home addresses (for larger shipments)
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
5.5 Uncollected Packages
Unclaimed packages are automatically returned to us.
A fee of 250 SEK will be charged to cover handling and shipping costs.
5.6 Damaged Shipments
Please check your package immediately upon receipt.
If the package is damaged:

5.7 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, customs).
5.8 Incorrect Delivery or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your delivery:
